I am impressed with the breadth of knowledge that I have found in Entech’s technicians. While most of our support requests have been for minor “user error”-type questions and simple problems which are usually solved by power cycling a device, some have been more complex. Our private school uses various pieces of hardware and software that are specific to our industry, and it’s unlikely that many of the technicians are familiar with them. That said, their technicians have been able to figure things out pretty darn quickly. For a small organization like ours (25 employees) who can’t afford a “tech guy,” Entech is the next best thing and a lot more affordable!
